REFUND POLICY

PHYSICAL PRODUCTS:
No refunds are given for physical products for any reason. So please make sure you ask any questions you may have before you make a purchase. In the event a product is damaged during shipping, to get a replacement, go to our CONTACT page and let us know within 7 days after receiving your order. Damaged product must be returned before replacement will be sent out.

DIGITAL DOWNLOADS:
No refunds are given for digital downloads for any reason. So please make sure you ask any questions you may have before you make a purchase.

By making a purchase on the Living By the Moon site, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the Living By the Moon NO REFUND POLICY.

SHIPPING POLICIES

PHYSICAL PRODUCTS:
Physical products are shipped using USPS with a tracking number within 1-2 weeks. When purchased, customers will receive an order confirmation delivered to their email immediately, and then another confirmation when the order is shipped.

DIGITAL DOWNLOADS:
When purchased, customers will receive an order confirmation and a secure link to the file delivered to their email immediately. Links will be good for 24 hours after first download.
